Current Update:

Filter 1 is still open and shipping as usual. New York state has ordered all non-essential business closed. Based on current state guidelines, Filter 1 is considered an essential business (5. We have temporarily closed our warehouse to anyone who is not an employee and are taking steps to ensure the safety of our workforce. 

In the coming weeks it is likely that all supply chains will be slowed and disrupted. We will communicate any delays in shipping and provide our best estimate for availability. As of today, Wix Filtration in Gastonia, North Carolina is still shipping stock orders to us.

When an order is placed on our website an Authorization Hold is placed on your credit card in the amount of the order total. It has always been our policy to Complete that transaction and Capture the order total only once the order has shipped. Even in the event of a sudden closure you will not be billed for anything that does not ship.
