Our manufacturer Wix has changed many parts of their fleet discount program.  This affects you as the buyer and us as your distributor.  Our price to you is based on discounts and rebates that we receive which are passed on to you in the form of lower prices.  Some of the highlights of the new program are as follows:

    * Elimination of some customer categories to simplify pricing.
* Higher discounts for larger fleets.
    * Lower discounts on some special designation application filters.
    * Addition of new discounts on automotive and some other light duty filter applications.

We are currently in the process of reviewing the pricing we offer you.  We operate on a margin that is only based on cost,  plus a minimal operating expense.  Our plan is to continue to streamline our operation to offer you the lowest prices possible for the best filters.  Depending on your type of business, your purchase volume,  and the filters you use,  some of your filters may go up and some may go down.  We expect that the new Wix pricing strategy, along with our efficient distribution system and free shipping (to qualifying customers) will help develop the lowest cost maintenance program for you.
